Works will include:

• car parks
• lift installation
• common and outdoor lightings
• drainage and sewerage
• sanitary and plumbing

Building elements include:

• reinforced-concrete framework
• concrete flat slab roofing
• skim-coat and plaster ceilings
• marble flooring (foyer)
• brick walls with plaster and emulsion paint finishes
• ceramic, porcelain and homogeneous tile flooring
• aluminium-framed sliding windows and louvers
• aluminium framed sliding glass doors
• fire-rated and plywood flush doors

Estimated costs: RM926.00 mn (US$264.57 mn).

Construction is expected to start in the second quarter 2014. Construction is expected to end in the second quarter 2019. The development is presently in preliminary planning stage.
