For its sixth development project in Johor, Mah Sing Group Bhd has unveiled an integrated development with an estimated worth of RM 1.1 billion. Distribution per unit (DPU) for CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust (CMMT) in the third quarter has risen to 2.13 sen from 1.98 sen in Q3 2011.Axis REIT said that for the third quarter of the year, pre-tax profit increased to RM 19.3 million.
