Buyer 1 Person / 2 Person name.

Property Selling Price: RM340,000, Bank Value RM330,000.
Deposit Downpayment: 10% of RM340,000 = RM34,000
Difference Amount: RM340k-RM330k = RM10k (Extra 1)

For Bank Loan Approval for 90% of RM330,000, RM297,000 for 30years or more,
Different Amount RM33k (Extra 2)

Total Different: (Extra 1 + Extra 2) = RM43k  - RM34,000(10%) = RM10,000

Basic Salary: Min requirement: RM3500~RM4000/mth
***3 month bank slip & pay slip require is must.

Note:
Commitment: Car Loan & Credit Card payment on time, No others property installment.
EPF can be apply subject to document & EPF amount.

Others Fee:
Legal Fee + Stamp Duty + Bank Loan Fee
Amount Ard RM12k-13k, subject to loan amount.

********Buyer must prepare cash on hand as (RM10k + RM43k) RM53k ++
