We provide a variety of flexible consultancy services to suit your needs & offering a variety of property related solutions for clients. In addition to the general services listed below we are happy to discuss any specialist requirements you may have and provide a sound advice through a personalized service that will ultimately form long lasting relationships between the client and us which definitely benefits both parties.
1. Renting Property - We can assist you with finding clients for both short-term and long-term rental. To make an assessment of your property we will need digital photographs and a description of the facilities and location. For long-term rental we charge a commission of 1 month's rent. For short-term rental we charge a commission of 15%.
2. Buying Property - We can advise and assist in you in finding a property to suit your requirements. For this service, we charge each parties (Seller & Buyer) 1% consultant fee. If you are purchasing for investment purposes we can offer accurate advice on zoning rights and restrictions to save you wasting time and money due to choosing the wrong location.
