How to calculate stamp duty fee?

Renting a house or commercial: 

Stamp Duty Fee Calculation, how?


Rental - 200 x (12/250) x yr


Example: Tenancy is 2 yrs

Rental is RM1000

Cal: RM1000 - 200 = 800

800 x 12 = 9600

9600 / 250

RM38.40 x 2 yrs

Total RM 76.80 ~ RM77


If request another copy tenancy , (copy tenancy own prepare)

Another fee charge RM10.00


Max year is 3 yrs
