Taman Bukit Indah/ Perling/ Tun Ungku Tun Aminah - Due to Second Link/ Tuas/ Nusajaya/ Transportation developing, causing young resident first choice. Therefore, commercial effected.
Of course, the commercial selling price is increase, the rental fee is also increase. Are the Tenants available to affordable it?
